Hello from the toddlers! We all have been enjoying the warm weather. Please remember to bring in sunscreen if you have not already. Also please take home your child’s extra clothes that are too warm for the summer.

We would also like to welcome Damitri to our class. And say good-bye to Clay who will be moving to the 2’s room. Our themes for June are; it’s Franklin, Fabulous Fathers and Dinosaurs.

2’s

Miss Nickie and Miss Michelle

Wow time is flying! But now we are getting warm weather…yes! Michelle and I would like to welcome Mark, Dominick and Zachary to our room. We also would like to congratulate Kassidy and Jacob on moving up to the 3’s room. We will miss you!

Most of you parents know this already, but Miss Michelle and I will be co-teaching. You will be seeing her in the afternoons.

We have done many fun things in May. Things to look forward to in June are: Father’s Day, Dinosaurs and the 4th of July. You will be seeing more wonderful art hanging up around the room. We look forward to all the fun!

3’s

Miss Ann

Hello Parents! This is Ann from the 3’s! I am the new teacher. I received my undergrad in German and business and ended up working at a daycare while I was going to school. I continued to do that and in the process, decided I wanted to continue working with children. I got my masters in counseling children K-12. I look forward to meeting you and talking!

We’ve been doing a circus theme, Froggy and next week is Franklin. I’ve been having them work on recognizing the numbers 1-3 and writing their names. We’ve done some simple Spanish like “hola” and “adios”. All the children are really enjoying the Spanish and stories during circle time. They are catching on quickly! They all like to write their names too!
