If the gear form is not received by above date, swimmer will not receive team warm up jacket, but swimmer will still have to pay full balance.

The SD team photo will be taken Saturday AM. The cost for a photo is $10.

A team dinner will be held at Bambino’s on Friday night after warm-ups, cost is $13.00 per person plus tax. Families will pay for the meals at the restaurant. Please give the number of peopleattending (all of swimmer’s family is welcomed).We will need an accurate count for our large reservation. The team gear will be given out at the dinner. Dinner will include:
Red pasta with meat
Alfredo pasta
Mac and cheese (for our younger eaters)
Salad
Fresh bread
Soft drink
