St. Andrews Camp Scholarship Program for Summer Camp
Each year there is a limited amount of scholarship funds available to assist campers with tuition. The money is distributed to qualified applicants based on financial need and under the discretion of St. Andrews Camp & Religious Center. To apply for a scholarship, please review the guidelines below and complete the application on Page 2.
Note that all scholarship requests and the information contained in them are kept confidential.
Scholarship Guidelines:
· Candidates must be Orthodox students within the ages of 7-17.
· Applications must be received by no later than June1st within the camp program year.
· Tuition assistance is granted based on available funds and the number of qualified applicants.
· Registration fees are not applicable for tuition assistance.
· Only applications filled out in their entirety will be considered.
· Determination of qualification will be at the discretion of the Scholarship committee.
· Recipients will be notified in early June about tuition assistance available to them.
· In order to apply the scholarship towards camp tuition, campers must return the scholarship letter awarded with the remaining tuition due and or camper registration forms.
· Scholarships awarded by parishes are also accepted. Scholarships from a parish must be included with the remaining camper tuition due and or camper registration forms.

Additional information on tuition assistance:
· Scholarships are sometimes available through parishes, ask your church school coordinator or pastor about programs that support youth retreat activities.
· Consider becoming a volunteer at St. Andrews Camp to assist with camper tuition.
· Sponsor a fundraiser in support of the parish youth retreat activities.
