Reservations Open for QIFF’s Special DiningExperiences

Foodies can now reserve a seat at QIFF’s Chef’s TablesDinner in the Sky

Visitors can cook and dine with Nobu’s Andrew Bozoki, Indian celebrity Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, and Queen of the Arabian Kitchen, Chef Manal Al Alem

As chefs around the country prepare to show off their culinary mastery for the 8th edition of Qatar International Food Festival (QIFF), foodies and diners looking for special experiences can now book their seats at the festival’s most exclusive dining experiences via the participating hotels’ usual reservation platforms.

The special experiences for which advanced booking is recommended include the all-new QIFF Chef’s Table series and the returning festival favourite, Dinner in the Sky, brought to visitors by the Four Seasons Hotel Doha.

Dinner in the Sky allows diners to enjoy a scrumptious three-course meal while enjoying alight springbreeze and elevated vistas of Doha. Throughout the festival, the 22-seater table will take its perch in the sky every hour (between 4:00pm and 9:00pm on weekdays and between 4:00pm and 10:00pm on weekends), for 45 minutes at a time.Tickets are for QAR 500 per person and will be sold at the festival grounds.

Meanwhile the series of Chef’s Table events will be held at select five-star hotel restaurants, giving residents and visitors an opportunity to enjoy special live cooking and dining experiences with internationally-acclaimed chefs; including Nobu’s Chef de Cuisine Andrew Bozoki, Indian celebrity Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, and Jordanian Chef Manal Al Alem, known as Queen of the Arabian Kitchen. The events will offer diners exclusive access to their favourite renowned chef, giving them rare glimpses into their cooking rituals and a seat on the dish’s journey from raw ingredients to decorated plates. There are 12 – 20 seats available per table and the per person cost ranges from QAR 280 – 1,500.
