Improving attendance:

  • Identify topics ahead of time
  • Improve promotion
  • Invite more businesses, CHMMs, etc
  • Embed content into emails (not plain text or attachments)
  • Incorporate CEUs? Too much work?
  • Reduce technical difficulties and confusion over start time
  • Complete a survey of topics
