Situation. In previous lessons you learned processes for effectively managing conflict and negotiating a fair solution. However, what is the way ahead when the negotiation is unsuccessful, and you cannot reach an agreement to settle the conflict?
Purpose. Purpose is to identify what other steps you may take to prevent a conflict from escalating to violence. Specifically, learn how you can take personal responsibility for violence prevention.
Criteria 1.

PURPOSE: Differentiate between high risk violent and low risk non-violent responses to anger.
