Depart Bulawayo after your leisurely breakfast and head to the most remote village of Silozwane which boarders with Rhodes Matopos National Park. Arrive in the mid morning to witness the real true Ndebele life style.Great chances to see big game like Rhino as you drive pass the Matopos Park. Visit the Mzilikazi Grave (Ndebele King), tour the famous bushman Cave paintings and climb some of the hills near by.
We will have our bush picnic lunch in the middle of the jungle being looked after by the Ndebele warriors. After our lunch, we will get in the interior of the village to meet the Village Elders and other villagers. You will learn a lot of their culture and their day to day life style.
You may get the chance to try the local traditional beer which is being brewed by the local old women or you can even meet the traditional doctors and witness how they practice their healing duties in the entire village.
Lots of stories to be told by your Ndebele guide with the help of the village Elders. Later in the afternoon, we will climb one of the hill to witness the amazing sun set while we will have our tea or coffee with biscuits.
Drive back to Bulawayo to end our Silozwane Village tour and be dropped at your hotel.
