JURISDICTION

An Open Hare & Hounds event for solo motorcycles: held under the National Sporting Code of the Auto-Cycle Union, the Standing Regulations, the SEEC Hare & Hounds Rules, these Supplementary Regulations and any Final Instructions issued for the meeting. The ACU National Sporting Code and Standing Regulations are published annually in the ACU Handbook. The SEEC Hare & Hounds Rules are published on the SEEC website.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to adult riders holding a current ACU Licence and be a minimum age of 16 years. A youth rider may compete as an adult in this event but must be a minimum of 15 years of age and is restricted to a maximum machine capacity of 250cc. One event licences will be available (₤15) if a rider does not hold a valid ACU competition licence.

TRANSPONDERS

Transponders are required and will be provided by the timing team to ALL competitors.

SIGNING ON

Competitors must sign on between 09:00 and 10:30 hrs.

Transponders will be presented at Signing On

Competitors numbers and start times can be confirmed.

MEDICATION

You may be asked to take part in a drugs test. It is your responsibility to declare at signing on if you are taking any drugs.

FINAL INSTRUCTIONS

Final instructions will be posted on SEEC website.

MACHINE EXAMINATION

Competitors should present their machines for scrutineering between 9.30 and 10.30 hrs. All motorcycles must be fitted with the following type of tyre; Front any. Rear must be a FIM Enduro or a trials tyre. Noise testing may take place, all motorcycles must comply with HHSR 2.8.

SECURITY

Competitors must be aware that the security of their machines and other property remains their responsibility at all times. A Datatag operator may be present at the event.

COURSE

The event will be on private land consisting of forest tracks and woodland. The lap mileage will be up to 6 miles.

Riders must ride at walking pace through the timing area ; Penalty for not adhering to this rule is exclusion .
