  1. Commitment to the project

To ensure success,we require that all groups involved fully commit themselves to the project. This requires certain assurances from community leaders and participants, that they are prepared to devote a certain minimum amount of time and energy to the project. The following are some requirements to be considered in advance:

●Groups must be willing to commit to weekly workshops. If this is going to be problematic for your group, you will need to discuss it with us in advance. Priority will be given to groups who can commit to a weekly workshop.

● Numbers of participants should be as accurate as possible on application. It is extremely difficult for us if members drop out or if we have to accommodate extra members of a group at the later stages of the project.

●Please check that all participants can attend weekly workshops and especially that they will be available for rehearsals the weekend(s) before the parade in March and for the parade on March 17th.

●Please Note - Over the course of the project if a group’s attendance and commitment is unsatisfactory, it may be impossible for us to allow the group to continue participation.

  1. Additional Information
