The Negotiation Meeting entitled Food and Beverage for Tourism & Accompanying Industriesis intended to meet the needs of the tourism industry of updated information on the food and beverages available on the market, the delivery options and the prices for the respective season. The need for such a professional forum is dictated by the dynamic development of the tourism product on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast/Romanian Black Sea coast and the huge potential for sales generated by the need to feed the growing flow of tourists.
The Negotiation Meeting has two main advantages:
1. Two clearly defined groups with common interests meet in a business environment: manufacturers and
suppliers of food and drinks on the one side and hoteliers and restaurateurs on the other;
2. The meeting takes place in the "heart" of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast and the hub of tourism: the resorts of
Golden Sands resort and Sunny Beach resort, Bulgaria and Mamaia, Romania.

Meat products /meat, delicacies, semi-cooked products, fish/; bread and pastry products; dairy products /ice cream, milk and milk products/; confectionery; beverages /alcoholic drinks, beer/; soft drinks /mineral water, juices, carbonated drinks/; fruit and vegetables /fresh and canned/; tea, coffee, honey, spices; accompanying industry - equipment and supplies for kitchens, restaurants, F&B outlets.
The following personnel from the tourist facilities has been personally invited:
Hotel Manager, Manager Supplier, Chef - representatives of the major tourist resorts in Bulgaria/St.Elias, St. Constantine and Helena, Sunny Day, Riviera, Golden Sands and Albena on the North Coast; Elenite, Sveti Vlas, Sunny Beach, Nessebar, Pomorie, Sozopol and Primorsko on the South Coast/.
We have held then consecutive editions of the meeting “Food and Beverage for Tourism & Accompanying Industries”, which demonstrates the effectiveness of the forum - there is a clear trend of increasing interest, both from the participating companies and visitors. Leading companies from the food industry have participated on an annual basis.

- 8.00 – 11.00 – preparation of participants, laying the presentational tables;
- 11.00 – 17.00 – free admission for the guests of the meeting;
- 16.00 – Presentation of Awards
- 17.00 – 18.00 – Participants and guests leave the room.

Equipment and location of stands:
Each stand consists of two parts – a table/board for disposal of the company products and a negotiating table. The board for the products is with sizes 180-200/80-90 cm, covered with a white cloth. It is suitable for disposal of whole packs and individual cuts or cut products. The negotiating table is located behind the board for the products.

Eachparticipant passes/ bye-mail/Contract Request form.Each participantnotesin detailes/ type andquantity /technicalequipment touseduring the event, and additional requirements,if any.The costof providingservices and equipmentnot specifiedin the offercan be negotiated.

1. Patchwork Communications Agency shall provide the applicant with the requested presentation table, equipment and additional services for the duration of the exhibition.
2. The choice of positions shall be done according to the order of requests until depletion of available spaces.
3. In case of failure to hold the event due to circumstances beyond the control of Patchwork Communications Agency, the applicant will be reimbursed with the full amount paid for participation.
4. In case of cancellation of the participation after the deadline for submission of the application – 15.04.2015, the applicant owes a penalty in the amount of the total amount of the completed application.
