Cllr Barton updated the committee on the census progress. Cllr Abbey informed the Committee that an “open day” had been arranged for Friday 1 February 2013, 2-4pm.

Cllr Abbey also reported that she had been in touch with Rushcliffe Borough Council regarding several issues with signage on Main Street, most of which had now been addressed.

13/2282NEIGHBOURHOOD PLANNING FRONT RUNNERS

Cllr Abbey reported that Matt Hilton was progressing well with processing the public consultation data and that the Neighbourhood Area Designation application was due to go to cabinet on 4 December 2012.

The next meeting will take place on Wednesday 5 December 2012.

There being no further business the Chairman closed the meeting at approximately8.30pm
