Notifying ahead of time, if possible, is best. / Retakes for progress assessments (quizzes, writing) can only be completed once with a retake form. In regular classes, the higher score will be used. In Honors classes, the second score will be used. / Student is expected to bring planner and a sharpened pencil every day. When walking into the classroom, students need to take their notebooks from the shelves and be ready in their seats when class begins.
Math / Mrs. Tania Kenney / 2311 / Accepted up to the chapter test with penalty. / See Canvas or ask Mrs. Kenney. Notifying ahead of time, if possible, is best. / Test retakes not allowed. Quiz retakes are allowed until the chapter test is taken as long as retake form is completed first. Honors students are allowed only one retake. All assignments may be redone. / Students are expected to be in seat when bell starts to ring. Daily material expectations are pencil, math textbook, math notebook, and calculator. Starters are expected to be started as soon as the bell rings. Homework is expected to be completed before class begins.

Daily material expectations are pencil and science notebook. Starters are expected to be started as soon as class begins. It is essential for students to adhere to safety standards in every classroom activity.

Notifying ahead of time, if possible, is best. / May re-take all progress assessments once for a higher score. Retake form must be completed first. / Come to class on time, prepared with pencil, paper, assignments, and Utah Studies textbook.
