If you would prefer to upload your documents to our on-line virtual office ask your PWR representative for a username and password. You will receive a link for approval within 24 hours. If you have questions, please contact your PWR representative.
1. If you have not had a template created already, please give us some information about what you want the release to look like. We will be in touch to clarify the look and feel of your release prior to building it. It takes up to 24 hours to design your template and up to 48 hours to construct it after approval. If your template has already been created, tell us if you need color or logo changes. If not, just skip to question 2.

If you would like to add enhanced photo distribution which includes guaranteed distribution to additional internet sites, AP Photo Express, AP Topic Gallery and Newscom please let us know below. 11. Are you including audio and/or video? It will take up to 48 hours after we receive the data to prepare it for distribution with player, download and embed code. There will be an additional $75 cost per video reflected on your invoice. Hourly rate of $95 applies for any editing. If you simply want journalists to be able to view the video that is already on web, simply send us a URL link and we will direct to it at no additional cost. Let us know how the link should be labeled and where it should be placed.

If you would like to add online video distribution, which includes hosting on You Tube, Google Video and Yahoo Video, please indicate this below. There is an additional cost of $125 which will be reflected on your invoice. This option only available to clients adding web/wire distribution (see question 14).

Please give us your distribution list of journalists in a single Excel spreadsheet (no tabs) with columns for first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, city, state and circulation numbers. We charge $95 per hour to reformat your list. We charge $50 per 1,000 for lists over 7,500 recipients. (Also, please be aware that we actually only need the email address but these other elements will only show up on your tracking report if you give them to us as stated above). Include any internal and/or client contacts if you would like to receive the release simultaneous with journalists in the same excel spreadsheet. What is the name of the spreadsheet?

13. If you would like to use PWR lists of journalists in addition to, or in place of, your list please give us some information on who you’re hoping to reach. Please specify media type(s), region(s)/market(s), and beat(s). If you are using your list and ours please be aware that we will de-dupe the lists for you prior to distribution.
Please use your consumer list as well as our customized list.
14. If you would like us to Search Engine Optimize your release, guarantee web pick-up on key sites, such as Yahoo Finance and Google News, and add a limited traditional "wire" distribution (including distribution to major news services such as Factiva, Lexis Nexus, Dow Jones, Reuters and AP) we will do so for an additional $215 which will be reflected on your invoice. Please indicate below if you would liketo opt-in and, if so, please give us up to six keywords we can use to meta-tag your site (words you would like to bring up this release if typed into Google, Yahoo, etc.) Be aware that if your release includes a ticker symbol we will need an email directly from an officer of the featured company that clearly states that PWR has approval to distribute news with their ticker symbol.

15. Would you like your release to be social media enabled? There will be an additional $65 cost reflected on your invoice. Please let us know if you want a social media bookmark (enabling recipients to share and rank your release), Sphere link (enabling recipients to see related material on the web), or both (ex).

PWR New Media Terms of Service:
Payment is due within 30 days of received invoice. Late payments will be charged 1% interest monthly.
All releases distributed by PWR New Media must be approved by a client representative in advance, in writing. Client is solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the content of each release. If the client, or its customers, discover that any material furnished by or through client is inaccurate client will notify PWR immediately and take appropriate corrective action at client’s expense. PWR retains the right to review all material prior to distribution and reject any order if found, at PWR’s sole discretion, to be inappropriate.
Client acknowledges that the PWR database of names and all templates and processes are, and continue to be, developed, selected, compiled and arranged by PWR at great effort and expense and fall within PWR’s proprietary information.
Client acknowledges that PWR may use its name or image on PWR marketing material and promote the association.
Timelines and additional costs:
All electronic press kits are $1,275 for unlimited text, images, links, use of our lists, distribution to an unlimited number of journalists and one tracking report.
You will receive a link within 24 hours of submitting this form (3 business days if this is the first time you’ve used us and we need to design and construct a template for you). You will be asked to either approve the release in writing or make all changes at once. If you confirm for distribution, please be aware that it can take up to five hours to distribute your release after we receive an approval. If you have changes, please submit all changes in a single email and we will update the site within 24 hours. Additional changes, after that initial round, accrue costs of $95 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Broadcast quality Audio and Video are $75 for player/download/embed code presentation (link to video/audio is NC). Redistribution is $250 if the release has no changes. Changes after distribution are $95 per hour with a $250 minimum (assuming there are no more than 2 elements changed and we do not redistribute). Any change to main release (with or without redistribution) is charged as a new release. Additional tracking reports are $50. Wire distribution and search engine optimization is $215. Additional HTML pages are $95 per hour with a one hour minimum.
