Network Dome Color Camera

  1. General

1.1.All equipment and materials shall be standard components that are regularly used in the manufacturer’s system.

1.2.The camera shall be thoroughly tested in actual use.

1.3.The camera shall be supported with an available toll-free (U.S. and Canada) technical support number from the manufacturer.

1.4.The camera shall carry a manufacturer’s warranty of two years covering parts and labor.

2.1.The camera shall consist of an integrated pan and tilt unit, 1/4 inch color progressive scan CMOS sensor, dome enclosure

2.2.The pan and tilt shall meet the following design and performance specifications:

  1. The camera shall have a wide view angle of23.9° (H), 17.9° (V).
  2. The camera shall have a tele view angle of 89.8° (H), 63.6° (V).
  3. The camera shall have a 3 axis pan tilt control.
  4. The camera shall have a pan range of +/- 175°.
  5. The camera shall have a tilt range of +85° to -35°.

2.3.The camera high resolution, color CMOS sensor camera shall meet or exceed the following design and performance specifications:

2.4.The camera shall have 640 horizontal by 480 vertical effective pixels.

2.5.The camera shall have progressive scan.

2.6.The camera shall have a minimum illumination of 0.1 lux in color mode.

2.7.The camera shall have an auto white balance mode.

2.8.The camera shall have backlight compensation mode.

2.9.The camera shall haveDay/Night function.

2.10.The camera shall have automatic gain control (AGC).

2.11.The camera shall have flickerless mode.

2.12.The camera shall have digital zoom of 4X.

2.13.The camera shall have a built in CS mount 3.3 - 12.0mm vari focal lens.

  1. Network Specifications

3.1.The camera shall have 1 RJ-45 Ethernet connector.

3.2.The camera shall have the following network frame rates and resolutions:

  1. 30 frames per second at 640 x 480
  2. 30 frames per second at 320 x 240
  3. 30 frames per second at 176 x 144

3.3.The camera shall have dual JPEG and MPEG4 image compression.

3.4.The camera shall support 10/100 base –TX Ethernet interface.

3.5.The camera shall support the following protocols:

  1. TCP/IP, HTTP, UPnP, RTSP/RTP/RTCP, GMP, SMTP, FTP, Telnet, DHCP, NTP, DNS, DDNS, PPPoE

3.6.The camera shall have built in motion detection capabilities.

3.7.The camera shall have privacy mask capabilities.

3.8.The camera shall have mail notification capabilities.

  1. Electrical Specifications

4.1.The camera shall be powered by 802.3af compliant Power over Ethernet or 12 V DC +/- 10%.

4.2.The camera shall have power consumption of 3.6 watts maximum.

4.3.The camera shall have a quick connect power connector.

4.4.The camera shall have 1 microphone input.

4.5.The camera shall have an internal microphone.

4.6.The camera shall have 1 microphone output.

4.7.The camera shall have 1 alarm input.

4.8.The camera shall have 1 alarm output.

  1. Environmental Specifications

5.1.The camera shall have an ambient temperature range of 32oF to 122oF.

5.2.The camera shall have a humidity range of 20% to 80% relative humidity.
