Fall FunFest - Art/Craft Vendor Application September 8th & 9th, 2017

The Cookeville Fall FunFestis a two-day event which melds a KCB National BBQ competition with a Downtown Street Festival, including music, excellent kid and family activities, great food, and a relatively small but admirable crafts area. This is a juried event sponsored by Plateau Chapter of Tennessee Craft. Rules and guidelines are contained in theapplication form below.

Craft Booth Information

When: Set up Friday 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m., The Event runs Friday 5-10pm and Saturday 9am till 10pm.. Vehicles must be removed from the craft area by 3pm Friday and are not allowed back until tear down at 9:30 pm Saturday.

Security for the entire area is provided by Cookeville City Police, however, neither the City of Cookeville, CityScape or the Plateau Chapter of Tennessee Craft are liable for loss, theft or damage,

Where: Cookeville, TN (on the Square around the old courthouse)

Eligibility: Any artist producing their own original work. Work made from kits, commercial molds, patterns, orcopyrighted designs not owned by the artist will not be accepted. Any commercial embellishments must besubordinate to the handcrafted work.

Booth Fee (includes electricity connection): $100 for a 10 x 10 space. Money raised from the booth fees will go towards PlateauChapter of Tennessee Craft continuing efforts to support craft artists and art and craft education in MiddleTennessee.

Booth Info: You must supply your own tent (optional) and display.

All vendors must complete their setup and remove all vehicles from their booth site before the festival opens.

To Apply: Send completed application By July 15th, 2017 with Booth fee (check payable to Plateau Chapter of Tennessee Craft), and 4 printed photos of your work.to:

Fall FunFest Application Form

1. Plateau Chapter of Tennessee Craft reserves the right to reject any vendor who misrepresents in their photosthe work they bring to the fair.

2. Artists who have exhibited at past fairs are not pre-juried for this one.

3. Notification letters will be mailed along with photos and un-deposited checks of those artists not accepted.

4. Each vendor is responsible for charging and paying state taxes.
