BUSINESS FROM THE MINUTES:
1. The rep parent asking for refund of some of his fees was sent a refund by the Bantam Tier 3 team.
FINANCIAL REPORT: M/S/C Mark B. – Bill – to accept the Financial report as circulated by
Rod. Alec to send a request to all rep teams to turn in their books.
The budget will be discussed at the next meeting
DISCIPLINE REPORT: Three meetings have taken place. One midget house player has been
suspended for the remainder of the season. One coach has received a one game suspension and one
Atom player has received a warning.
ASSOCIATION HEAD COACH: Brian is waiting on schedules. Goaltending clinics probably not
happening due to lack of ice time. Rink closed Feb. 11 because of stat holiday. Ice costs on that
day will increase dramatically.
Brian is going out with a Pee Wee House 2 team for some body checking clinics.

Atoms – M/S/C Mark – Sonya – to allow Atom female team to attend “Attitude on Ice” in Williams Lake rather than participate in the Shane Davis tournament
PeeWee – Pee Wee House 1 and 2 are playing some exhibition games due to disparity.
Bantam – There have been a few complaints that the scorekeepers are being abused by coaches and players.
Ft. Nelson is asking for a team to travel there. Probably should be passed on to Tier 3 rep.

CORRESPONDENCE:
1. Trenna Luttmerding – Complaint re PG player at Williams Lake tournament. We have not received any game sheets. Bill to email that we will follow up.
2. Sharron Harder - Coaches conduct. Chris to respond that this has been dealt with
3. Brandi Brodsky - Group ticket orders – Minor Hockey night. Alec to draft a letter to go to the Cougars.
4. Michelle Albinati – BC Gaming Auditor. Audrey to send a reply
5. Jesse Jamias – Spring Ice bookings. PGMHA does not book Spring ice
6. Dorothy Cadillac – Requesting refund. M/S/C Alec – Sonya OK to send ½ registration fees.
7. Mike Jakubowski – Save On Foods – Requesting the players on the team that they sponsor be permitted to help with community events. Only rep players will be able to do this.
8. Gayleen Chasse – Midget Tier 3 budget expenses. Rep staff should do whatever is cost effective. Spouse should pay for their half of room if sharing when travelling.
9. Pat Hamilton – Midget Tier 3 Manager (In response to Gayleen’s letter)

1. Volunteer Appreciation will be booked for Thursday March 7, 2013 at the Coast Hotel
2. Coaching staff will be required to have Respect in sports if they want to travel for the remainder of the season
