Once againOrion Harriers are organising three 5 mile races in Epping Foreston the 1st Saturday of the summer months of 2014.
June7th, July 5thand August2nd. All start 10am / A scenic course on good trails in the best off-road venue in the London/South West Essex area. Join us for one, two or all three races. Trophies awarded for best 3 race cumulative time. / Although classed as trail races under UKA rules, they will be marked, marshalled and accurately measured. No written instructions to slow you down (or get you lost!) Permit applied for.
