9.GENERAL

Items shall be in accordance with specimen of layout and printing.

The printer’s name and the date shall be printed in the bottom left hand corner

of each form/page.

The catalogue number shall be printed in the bottom right hand corner of each

form/page/receipt.

10.PROOFS

10.1 Indicate the time required to prepare the proofs and the date on which delivery will commence after the proofs have been approved.

10.2 Production shall not commence until the proofs have been approved by the

Quality Department of the S.A. Post Office.

Note:

Should any discrepancy arise between the content of this specification, the sample provided or the purchase order; then please inform the Manager, Quality Department, Silverton.

11. INSPECTION

Inspection will be carried out at the discretion of the Quality Department.
