CLJ
(Courts of Limited Jurisdiction) / Caseload Report. Courts download this report to EXCEL, ACCESS, etc. / Monthly / Print Menu Transfer, FTP to SMC
COA
Court of Appeals, Div. I and Div. II) / Changes to case and attorney data sent to “Public” AOC server. COA process retrieves the files to update their local ACCESS database. / Daily / FTP
GRAYS HARBORCounty Superior Court / Changes to case data downloaded for their file folder inventory system. / Workdays / Print Menu Transfer
KING County Superior Court / The King County Electronic Filing Manager (EFM) receives a request from a potential electronic filer for authorization to file in a Washington court. The EFM submits the request to the Judicial Information System (JIS) for approval or denial.
If the JIS approves the request, the EFM receives a credential token. The EFM then submits these credentials to the JIS to confirm the identity of the filer and determine the filer’s level of authorization. / On request / XML

AOC extracts billing data for superior court Legal Financial Obligations and sends this to DOC.
DOC runs a billing process to calculate their DOC supervision costs and to incorporate AOC LFO information into their two-part statement for cases that are still under DOC supervision.
DOC sends their completed billing print job back to AOC, because AOC handles all transmissions to the company that prints and mails the statements.
DOC also transmits the DOC billing status code to AOC.
AOC extracts billing data for obligors who are not under the supervision of DOC.
