Annex 5: FORMAT CSR ANALYSIS UPDATE
Corporate Social Responsibility analysis (project level)
Please provide an update of the CSR analysis of the project. Please use the table below, which is based on Annex I: CSR analysis (project level) as part of Section 3.2 CSR and Crosscutting themes in the Project Plan – Full Proposal provided with the Application, and extended with columns to address the current status of the CSR risk, and the progress and effects of the mitigation measures taken.

The table below lists criteria to identify and minimize possible negative sustainability risks that are directly or indirectly linked to the proposed project.If you cannot comply with the criteria, or are uncertain whether you can comply, please give a clarification. In case you consider a criterion not relevant for your project, please indicate ‘no’ and clarify. - Do you guarantee that, as far as the project is concerned, you and your main suppliers are not found guilty of corruption or bribery?
- Do you guarantee that, as far as the project is concerned, you and your main suppliers do not relate to an activity mentioned on the FMO Exclusion List?
Management of Environmental and Social Risks and Impacts
- Did you conduct an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment for the proposed project, including an Action Plan if mitigating measures are proposed?
- Is relevant information in relation to the proposed project publicly available and is the local population in the project area involved/consulted?
