Annex 5: FORMAT CSR ANALYSIS UPDATE

Corporate Social Responsibility analysis (project level)

Please provide an update of the CSR analysis of the project. Please use the table below, which is based on Annex I: CSR analysis (project level) as part of Section 3.2 CSR and Crosscutting themes in the Project Plan – Full Proposal provided with the Application, and extended with columns to address the current status of the CSR risk, and the progress and effects of the mitigation measures taken.

The table below lists criteria to identify and minimize possible negative sustainability risks that are directly or indirectly linked to the proposed project.If you cannot comply with the criteria, or are uncertain whether you can comply, please give a clarification.
