The advice given by the Group will be the primary, local authoritative source of information and advice as to the views and opinions of disabled people in Sheffield. Where a major development proposal demands more widespread consultation, individuals and groups with an interest in the proposal will be consulted, and their views will be given appropriate weight in the overall context of the consultation process.
