From: Sebeka School Readiness/Little Trojans Preschool
Sebeka Preschool is now enrolling for the 2015-2016 school year. This program is for 3 and 4 year old children and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. 4 year olds will be placed first and remaining space filled by 3 year olds. Sebeka Preschool is a free program that provides children the opportunity to build skills to help prepare them for kindergarten. During class time, the children:

Sebeka Preschool starts in the middle of September and ends the middle of May.
· Morning sessions are Monday and Wednesday’s from 8:00 – 11:00 am or Tuesday and Thursday’s from 8:00 – 11:00 am.
· The afternoon session is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12:00 – 3:00 pm.
Children may ride the regular school bus to school at 8:00 am or from school at 3:00 pm, if it is within the normal school bus route. Transportation will not be provided at the mid-day pick-up/drop-off times.
Sebeka Preschool Requirements:
ü The preschool child must be 3 years old by September 1, 2015.
ü The preschool child must be pre-registered before beginning preschool. Applications need to be completed and returned to Heidi Huotari. Parents will receive a letter by the end of August stating what class/group their child is in.
ü Complete an Early Childhood Preschool Screening at Public Health (631-7629). Preschool screenings need to be sent to Sebeka School, attention Janet Mattson. Your child may not attend preschool without having a completed preschool screening.
ü Have up to date immunizations.
