Spinal Care Class Outline

The following is a rough outline of a Spinal Care Class. The first section is a compressed version for your general review. The second section is a more detailed outline for you to add your own notes and own text. Practice it aloud, and as you naturally adlib, write in your own words into this outline as a possible future text. Later, you can edit it for your final copy.

Also, under each item, see if it is appropriate and possible to add:

a)Facts and figures (to add authority)

b)Examples (to make it relevant and easier to understand)

c)Demonstrations and exercises (to involve the audience and get them to participate)

d)Tips (to help them and add value to your talk)
