The Federal Premier Lodging Program (FPLP) will complete its expansion to the top CONUS federal destinations in 2003.The goal is to award the next 18 destinations during the first quarter of 2003, while more awards in several Texas and California destinations will take place by the end of the second quarter. The Governmentwide Per Diem Advisory Board (Board) will hold monthly meetings until December 2002 to ensure that GSA can consider its recommendations for the FY 04 Per Diem cycle. The main purpose of the board is to review the current Per Diem process and to provide advice on best practices for a federal lodging program.
