Deadlines extended for seniors

Due to the unusual number of calamity days this year, the deadline to submit a senior portrait, baby picture, or purchase a senior spotlight recognition ad has been extended to Monday, March 28, 2011.

Please Note: Pictures or ads received after March 28, 2011, cannot be guaranteed placement in the Echo.

Senior Pictures

  • Portrait must be a head and shoulder shot on a traditional background
  • We cannotuse other poses due to size and orientationissues
  • No extreme close-ups or full body pictures will be used
  • No props please
  • You may submit a wallet-sized photo or a jpeg file
  • If you wish your photo to be returned, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope (or you may come by room 121 to retrieve it)
  • The composite is not the same as the yearbook portrait
  • The composite is the class photo that hangs on the wall at the high school
  • Pat Taylor is responsible for the composite and generously donates it to our school each year
  • If you had a portrait taken for the composite by Mr. Taylor, he will deliver a copy of it to our staff and we can use it as your senior portrait in the Echo.
  • If you wish to use a different photo, or if you went to a different photographer, you will need to submit the senior portrait you want used directly to the yearbook staff.

Senior Baby Pictures

The yearbook staff is once again including baby pictures of seniors in the 2010-2011EagleEcho.

  • Be sure your name is on the back of the photo for identification
  • We will scan and have it available for return as soon as possible
  • If you wish your photo to be returned, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope (or you may come by room 121 to retrieve it)

Please Note: It is advised to either make a copy of the photo or to send one that could be replaced in case of an unforeseen event. Special childhood memories are too precious to lose.

Senior Spotlight Ads

Parents, teachers, friends, and family are able to purchase recognition ads to congratulate the seniors of 2011.

  • Recognition ad order forms and packets are available in the main office
  • Senior Spotlight Ad prices are as follows:1/8 page$15.00

¼ page $20.00

½ page$30.00

Full page$50.00

  • Payment must accompany order – checks should be made payable to Eaton High School

*Note: If you would like to include a picture in your ad, one photograph may be included at no added cost. However, pleaseInclude $3.00 for each additional picture.

~ Remember to include a self-addressed, stamped envelope if you want the photo/s returned directly to you. ~
