Boys State Residence Halls – Varnado, UP I – Building 1 & Caddo


SPECIAL NOTES

·  Keys will be distributed to the Executive Directors for Girls State and Boys State.

·  Adult supervision is required in each residence hall at all times.

·  Each residence hall will be staffed with one (1) overnight staff member. Residence Hall concerns and maintenance issues should be reported to the on-site staff member.

·  Boys State is responsible for covering the front desk of Varnado Hall.

·  Girls State is responsible for covering the front desk at University Place II.

·  Purple T-Stands are available. Staff members may be responsible for moving the stands to new locations if required.

·  With the exception of moving chairs, etc., to accommodate groups, all furniture, wall décor, photos, etc., must remain in place.

·  Confirm AV Equipment

o  LCD Projectors

o  Overhead Projector

o  Easels (Flipcharts – Provided by Group)

o  Microphones & Sound

·  All participants must wear a wristband (provided by Sodexo) at all times. Special guests and all individuals without a wristband will be required to sign a meal card upon entry at Iberville.
