The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organiser, Instructors, Officials and Stewards. Neither the Organisers nor any persons acting on their behalf accept liability for any loss or damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever.

Please note. The horse entered on this form MUST be the horse/pony you ride on the day to ensure you are grouped correctly. Places are limited so to give everyone a chance to participate spaces will be limited to ONE ENTRY PER RIDER

·  My SKULL CAP is up to Pony Club standards and has been tagged

·  I will wear a level 3 body protector (or Air Jacket in addition to body protector)

·  I will wear a medical armband

·  I will not jump any jump without an instructor present or go out onto the cross country course without the instructor

·  My horse is fit enough to endure 1 ½ hours of cross country training

·  I will not wear jewellery or nail varnish for safety reasons

·  I will only wear spurs if I hold my B test, or have a DCs letter

·  I will wear long sleeves (no hooded tops), correct riding boots and attire (long hair to be tied back).

·  If I take a parent, friend or guardian along, they will not interfere with the lesson in any way unless asked to do so by the Instructor.

·  I will listen to my Instructor at all times

·  Finally, the details I have given on the booking form above are correct.
