SIMPLY SALSA

1 can diced tomato (15 oz.) OR 3-4 med. Plum tomatoes
1 Tbsp. Chef Series™ Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend* (Tupperware Seasoning)
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (optional) 1 medium onion (peeled and cut in half)
lime juice (1/2 lime) 2 cloves garlic (peeled and smashed) OR minced garlic

Using a Chef Series™ Paring Knife peel and slice onion into 4 pieces; place in Quick Chef with blade, cover and turn handle until onion is roughly chopped. Add remaining ingredients; cover and turn handle until desired consistency. Before placing salsa in an Open House™ Dip Bowl with a Saucy Silicone Spatula, remove blade and place on the underside of cover.

Chocolate/Cinnamon Mousse

8 oz. Heavy Whipping Cream (keep chilled) 1 Tbls. Cocoa

2 Tbls. Powdered Sugar tsp. Cinnamon/Vanilla Spice (Optional from Tupperware)

Place all ingredients in Quick Chef or Power Chef and spin! Serve and enjoy!

CANDY APPLE SALAD

1 can crushed pineapple, well drained 3 reg. Size Snickers bars, chopped with knife

8 oz. Cool Whip ½ can peanuts, chopped

3 chopped apples, Granny Smith

Chop apples in the Quick Chef. Chop peanuts in Chop N Prep or Quick chef. Fold all ingredients together. Chill until serving time!

Ice Cream

½ c sugar 1 tsp Vanilla

1 cup COLD heavy whipping cream* or Half & Half 1 ½ - 2 cups frozen berries

Mix all in the Quick Chef for 2-3 minutes or until desired consistency. Serve immediately.

*Heavy Whipping Cream is best.

3 Ingredient Cake

1 can pie filling 3 eggs

1 cake mix

Mix all 3 together by hand. Pour into Stack Cooker 3 qt casserole with cone. Bake 7 ½ - 9 minutes. Let stand 3-5 minutes. Invert onto serving dish.

Possible Options: Chocolate cake with cherry pie filling; apple or peach with yellow or white.

Cincinnati Chili Dip

(1) 8 oz. pkg of cream cheese (room temp) ½ can of 15 oz. Hormel chili (beans or w/o)

1 cup Shredded Cheese of your choice

Spread cream cheese into the Stack Cooker, Heat n Serve, Vent N Serve Large. Top with Hormel Chili. Cover and heat 2 minutes until warm. Top with shredded cheese. Cover and let sit 5-10 minutes. Dip with tortilla chips!

Rotisserie Chicken

1 Whole Chicken (3 to 4 pounds) Your Favorite Season Salt or Tupperware Seasoning Blend

Clean and rinse Chicken. Rub it down with olive oil. Season to taste. (Possible options: Season salt, Italian Herb, Southwest Chipolte or other). Place breast side down in 3 qt dish. Place 1-3/4 qt casserole dish over chicken has a cover. Microwave 6 minutes per pound. Let sit 5 minutes. Check to see if it is done. To serve pull legs and wings off. Take Back Bone and pull back. Chicken will fall apart. Serve

SLIDERS IN MINUTES MAKES 9!

½ lb. hamburger meat 1 tsp. Southwest Chipotle Seasoning (Tupp seasoning)

Salt / Pepper to taste ½ cup chopped onions

1 pkg sweet Hawaiian rolls ¼ cup mayo mix w ¼ tsp of SW Chipolte

Mix hamburger, seasoning, salt/pepper and form into patty. Place into SmartSteamer tray. Sprinkle onions onto patty. Microwave for 7 – 8 min. Slice rolls in half horizontally, place rolls into top tray.

Remove burger from microwave, place rolls into SmartSteamer. Let sit for 3 mins. Cut burger into 9 squares (tic tac toe style), spread Chipotle seasoning and mayo on rolls. Place burger onto rolls and eat.

Add cheese / condiments if desired. (Option – use 1 lb meat and 1 T SW Chipolte – Cook 9 mins)

Walking Taco’s

Easy Taco Meat

1 lb. extra lean ground beef 12 small packages Fritos (or large bag)

1 small onion, chopped (1/2 cup) Toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream,

2 Tbsp. Southwest Chipotle Seasoning lettuce (buy a head & we’ll shred it!)

1 garlic clove, minced salsa – see above recipe

Chop onion & garlic, using Quick Chef or Chop N Prep. Mix all ingredients together. Place meat mixture in Colander of Stack Cooker and stack with casserole dish. Microwave on High for 3 minutes. Stir. Cook additional 2-3 minutes or until no longer pink in color. Chop meat in the Quick Chef until desired consistency.

DEATH BY CHOCOLATE

1 PKG Chocolate Cake Mix 1 small pkg. Chocolate Pudding

6 oz (1 cup) Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips 1½ cups milk

2 eggs

Mix together all but chips till smooth. Fold in chips. Pour in greased 3 qt Tupperwaveä casserole with cone. Cook on high 7-8 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. ENJOY!!

Italian Pasta!

Desired amount Bowtie Pasta ½ tsp Italian Herb (to taste)

Approx 1 tsp Olive Oil (to taste)

Cook pasta according to directions in pasta cooker. Add oil & Italian Herb to taste. (Box cooks in 14 minutes)
