Title:

Delivering personalized insights to build stronger relationships, better leaders and higher performing teams

Presentation Description:

Sustainability of learning interventions is a goal we all share. But the realities of our busy workforces lead to too many “one-and-done” events, with predictably poor effectiveness. It is all-too-common that tools such as assessments or eLearning are taken, briefly discussed and quickly forgotten.

Roger Pearman is a renowned expert on personality, leadership and performance effectiveness. His research and experience documents the belief that there is a better way, an integrated way, to bring relevance and resonance to team and leadership development.

As the CEO& Co-Founder of Matrix Insights and an internationally known expert on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), Roger, along with John D’Agostino, Matrix Insights’ VP of Business Development, will describe the underpinnings of an innovative approach to accelerate leadership agility and team effectiveness. This approach meshes self-discovery, personalized insights, team profiling, benchmarking and coaching into a simple technology-delivered solution.

By attending this event, you will participate in a role-play that will model this innovative approach. If you REGISTER byWednesday, November 30th, you will be provided with complimentary access to one of Matrix Insights’ “lenses,” Interaction Styles. You will have the opportunity to see how Interaction Styles builds self-awareness – and you’ll have the opportunity to share your strengths when we see you on December 5th!

Please bring your laptop or tablet to the session so that you can fully participate.
