1. AS AN ASSISTANT RIG MECHANIC
On VFD System 2000 HP land Rig-812 with Weatherford Drilling International Pakistan. Maintenance, troubleshooting, rectification and servicing of Caterpillar Generators, TDS, Mud Pumps, Draw works, Air Compressors, Rotary Table, HPUs, Iron Roughneck, BOP , Accumulator Unit, Agitators, Air Winches & Man riders, Wash gun, Centrifugal pumps, Water pumps, Fire pumps, Crown block, Traveling block, Hook, Shale Shakers, Welding machines, Tower lights, Wheel loader, Crane, Genie lift and all other mechanically, hydraulically and pneumatically concerned work on rotary and static equipment on the rig site. Keeping up to date Diesel oil, Lubricants, Air compressor oil, Hydraulic oil, Coolants and Greases. Maintain the daily task records and reporting

2. AS AN ASSOCIATE ENGINEER.
ON LIGHT AND HEAVY VEHICLES.
I worked on old and modern vehicles, varying from light to heavy and specialist vehicles, petrol, diesel and gas engines, front and rear wheel drive, vehicle starting system and trouble shooting(turbo charging and naturally aspirated),EFI systems, vehicles brake systems(foot and parking, hydraulic, air and mechanical), steering systems(simple and power assisted), fuel systems(patrol, diesel and gas), cooling systems(air and water),lubricating system, clutch system, transmission system(automatic and manual), hydraulic systems(open and closed circuit), windows glass driving/operating systems, seating, roofs and vehicle interior, wheel alignment, engine compression tests, oil pressure tests, gradient tests, vehicle exhaust analyzing, vehicle sound analyzing, dash board and instrument panels fitting, internal inspection and cleaning of water and fuel tanks and foam tanks, water pumps, long rout inspections, schedule and non schedule inspections, recovery of ditched, bogged , accidental and overturned vehicles , vehicle towing, I am experienced in corrosion and crack detecting.
EXPERIENCE ON GENERATORS.
I worked on Generator engines and mechanical accessories. Generator engines overhauling, starting and troubleshooting. Fuel system, cooling system (water and air), and lubricating system. Ventilation system, Body and canopy maintenance, painting and colour coding. Generators brake system. Generators engine test beds, propellers, motoring in transmission system, heavy gear boxes and rotating equipment. Alignment and deployment of generators. Removal and installation of generator engines. Fitting coupling between engines and main alternator. Towing,lashing and dispatching generators in field area. Maintain the highest state of serviceability of generators in workshop as well as in field area. Loading and unloading generators on trailers.
EXPERIENCE ON HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS.
I worked on hydraulic systems of Crotale Weapon System, hydraulic system of Air Defence equipment MPDR ,hydraulic system of light and heavy, slewing and non slewing cranes(closed circuit hydraulic systems and open circuit hydraulic systems), forklifts,azimuth systems, elevation systems, hoisting system, derricking systems, slewing systems, and hydraulic system of test benches. Removal and installation of hydraulic pumps, electric motors(for drive and transmission), accumulators, hydraulic brakes, engines and gear boxes, vessels and high pressure hoses, valves, hydraulic pressure gauges, hydraulic jacks, hydraulic cylinders, booms, jibs, out riggers, pulleys/sheaves, ropes, check valves,seals, forks, chains, steering, safety relays, and junction boxes. Carried out hydraulic pollution tests. Carried out hydraulic pressure/calibration tests. Cranes load tests, creeps and gradient tests. Nitrogen pressure checking and charging. Replacing seals and diaphragms.
EXPERIENCE ON PNEUMATIC SYSTEMS.
I worked on high pressure and low pressure air compressors, air reservoirs, valves, inter cooler and after cooler, removal and installation of motors, single cylinder, twin cylinder and tri cylinder air compressors, drier assemblies, air pressure calibration, air pressure hoisting systems, fitting and removal of seals.
MISCELLANEOUS.
I worked on centrifugal and impellor assisted water pumps, manual hydraulic pumps, oil changers, grease guns, lifting jacks(hydraulic and screw), fitting and removal of fan and blowers, aircraft arresting barriers BAK-12, BAK-14 systems, mechanical sweeper. Driving vehicles.
