26th ANNUAL LEWISTON PEDDLERS’ FAIRE VENDOR APPLICATION

  1. Booth spaces will be assigned the first week of April 2015. If your application is not in by then, there is no guarantee you will be given the space you desire. Longevity will NOT play a role after April 1st. Those applications that are received prior to April 1, 2015 will be given spaces first. (Note, this is a change from previous years).

We request that all applications be in by May 15, 2015. Vendors who send in applications after that date may not be guaranteed a space in the fair. Please make checks payable to “Peddlers’ Faire Committee”.

  1. Spaces are $65.00 for a 12x12 or $120.00 for 12x24. Allow one foot ‘good-neighbor’ room between spaces. Bring your own props: tables, chairs, trash bags, shade, and weather protection. Overhead protection must be tied down securely and the vendor is responsible for any damage that might occur if the overhead gets loose.
  1. Please read your confirmation letter carefully as there is important information regarding set up, take down, and general guidelines for vendors.
  1. In keeping with the “Peddlers’ Faire” concept, vendor goods must be of the nature of antiques, collectibles, handmade arts and/or crafts.
  1. Dogs must be leashed at all times. Please do not bring dogs when the weather is very hot, the asphalt streets will burn their feet, and the dogs suffer in the heat.
  1. All vendors must remain set up until 4:00 pm. No early break down!
  1. California Law requires that each vendor have a California resale number on file with the CA State Board of Equalization (BOE). One-day permits are available from the BOE in Redding at 224-4729 or at You must have a copy of your resale permit with you on the day of the event and it must match the person who signed this contract.
  1. Vendors must plan on taking all trash with them; please bring your own trash bags.
  1. The Faire will take place rain or shine NO REFUND.

WAIVER

The Peddlers’ Faire Committee is hereby released of all financial responsibility due to loss or damage to merchandise upon signing this agreement. Revenue from our vendors is spent on advertising, therefore no refunds are given.

In consideration of you accepting my application to the 2015 Peddlers’ Faire, I intend to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for any and all injuries from or while participating in the “Peddlers’ Faire” in Lewiston, CA on June 6, 2015, against all persons and organizations affiliated with, sponsoring, promoting, conducting, or in any way associated with this event, including the County of Trinity.
