Preparing Teachers for Tomorrow

Preparing Teachers for Tomorrow (PTfT) is an online course focused on preparing K-12 preservice teachers. Preparing Teachers for Tomorrow offers high quality, low-cost, reality-based Internet training available anytime and anywhere.

  • Learn anytime, anywhere with interactive course materials including video and audio;
  • Participate in an online learning community with other course members;
  • Increase confidence in using the technology, and understand why and how it can enrich the curriculum;
  • Build an online PTfT Portfolio of teaching ideas, best web sites, and useful Internet resources for the classroom.

“Notes” and “Take It” Buttons

The Notes and Take It buttons allow you to keep notes or record the address of a web site in your PTfT Portfolio.

Wrap-Up

In the last lesson of each module, instead of the Next Lessonbutton, you will see a button to go to the Module Wrap-Up. You must choose “Discussion” and then click “COMPLETE” in order for the system to record that you have completed this module.
