Assistant Town Administrator

Town of Burlington, MA 2004-present

·  Assist the Town Administrator and Selectmen in carrying out the day to day management of municipal operations. Attend Selectmen’s meetings.

·  Extensive interaction with public, including report presentation, conflict resolution, and departmental assignments.

·  Perform duties as assigned by Town Administrator.

·  Oversee departmental activities, and monitor performance of Division Managers through established objectives.

·  Oversee MIS coordinator, liaison with schools on facilities and budgets.

·  Prepare 10 year capital plan, coordinate fiscal budget, timelines, warrants, etc.
