  1. Patrons must be 21 years of age or older with a valid state or government issued photo

identification.

  1. Costumed entrants must pre-register for the contest at It’s Vegas Baby!From 5:00 pmto

11:00 pm on Friday, October 31, 2014.

  1. Patrons must be present in It’s Vegas Baby! to win.
  2. A measurement of applause will determine the winner, which will be judged by the band that will be playing that night.
  • First place: $500 and a $100 food voucher to The Game
  • Second place: $300 and a $75 food voucher to The Game
  • Third place: $200 and a $50 food voucher to The Game
  1. The winning patrons will have five (5) minutes to claim their prize, or to notify any Blue Chip

Team Member that he/she is the winner. In the event that a winner is not present for each prize in

the allotted time, an alternate winner will be chosen.

  1. Each participant will be eligible to win one (1) prize.
  2. The winner must present a valid state or government issued photo identification to claim the prize.
  3. The winning patrons will complete a cash release form. We will award each winner their prize with

a Promotional Paid-out form.

  1. Contest participation constitutes permission to sponsors and their agencies to use the winner’s

name/likeness for purposes of advertising/trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by

law.

  1. Each winner assumes all liability for injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by

participation in this promotion, or use or redemption of the prize. By participating in this

promotion, contestants agree to be bound by the official rules and decisions of the sponsors.

  1. The VicePresident and General Manager or It’s Vegas Baby! Management will be responsible for

resolving disputes.

  1. The winner is responsible for the payment of all federal, state and local taxes on the cash prize. All

federal, state and local laws and regulation apply. Void where prohibited by law.

  1. Blue Chip® Casino, Hotel & Spa reserves the right to disqualify any vulgar or offensive costumes

making them ineligible to compete for prizes.

  1. No masks, facial make-up, large hats/wigs or any other item that will make identification difficult

on the casino floor.

  1. No real or toy weapons.
  2. Patrons may contact Indiana Gaming Commission if they are not satisfied with the outcome of a dispute.
  3. If promotion or tournament is not implemented (ran) according to the IGC approval that the casino must contact and notify on-site IGC Agents of any incidents, disruptions, discrepancies, etc.; and also inform the Commission’s Compliance Director and Promotions Coordinator via email of any incidents, disruptions, discrepancies, etc. Other restrictions may apply.
