1.  The registration fee covers participation in entire conference events, documentation, transportation between High-speed Rail Station to/from Registration Center at Peilan Bridge, Boao and hotels; exclusive of participants’ travel, accommodation and other personal expenses. The registration fee for spouse covers the cost of social dinners, but no access to conference sessions, including luncheons. The rate of registration fee on or before March 1 applies to the fee being paid on or before March 1

2.  Cancellation & Registration Deadline: Request for cancellation shall be made in writing by fax, email or mail. 5% processing fees will be charged if request is received before March 20, 20% processing fees if the request is received between March 20 and April 14, and no refund after April 14. The cut off date for registration application is March 20
