SAFETY--USEA Rules apply to all riders! Come and Enjoy Quail Run Fun Days atmosphere, butterflies not required!

·  ASTM/SEI Certified Helmet w/ secured harness and riding boots required when MOUNTED. Safety Vest & Medical Arm Bands must be worn when jumping. Braiding not required. Show coats optional for tadpoles and during hot weather.

·  Trainers: An experienced trainer who has successfully competed at a level higher than that which he/she is teaching must accompany every rider. Please email me for names of trainers if you do not have one.

·  Footing: Our footing has amazingly good going in all conditions, however, we reserve the right to cancel at any time prior or during an event should we deem the footing or conditions unsafe.

·  MINORS will not be permitted to ride without a QRF/USEA Release which is signed by a PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN!.

·  No exceptions. Releases can be downloaded at website. www.quailrunfarm.net Along with Entry Form.

·  Dogs must be leashed or remain safely in vehicle if temperature allows!

·  Equine Safety: Prevent Cross Infection through sharing common water sources and /troughs by bringing your own water. Place trash bag in bucket, fill with water, close bag with trash tie. Added bonus: You will not have to fetch water, and your horse will be more likely to drink home water.

·  ETIQUETTE: Please avoid situations where your group stays at one cross-country fence for too long. Please be aware that other riders are waiting their turn to school these fences. If you need extra schooling time on a particular fence, return to the fence at a later time.

·  Cancelation Fee: 48hr Notice, plus bona fide excuse: Refund –minus $20.00 OFFICE If place filled from wait list.

·  Event Cancellation: Entry Fee returned, minus $20.00 administration charge.
