TERMS
  1. Service will be provided for recognized wsu groups only. Advisors ORDepartment heads must sign the Ticket/Event Information Sheet to authorize this sale/ distribution and to verify correctness of information.
  1. Hours of ticket sales are Monday through Friday, 10:00am-4:00pm and are subject to change under special circumstances.
  1. All tickets must be approved first by the Campus Center Service Window Coordinator.
  1. All tickets must specify the following information: performance name, date, time, location, cost, and ticket number.
  1. tickets will be sold in accordance with instructions provided on this form or according to the standard practices of the Service Window.
  1. All sales are final. No refund or exchanges unless SW Coordinator finds it feasible. if ticket prices are reduced due to any reasons(s), sponsor will refund to previous ticket purchasers.
  1. The Campus Center Service Window is not responsible for any checks that bounce or have misinformation. It is the responsibility of the sponsoring group to collect any payment from such customer(s)
  1. Ticket sales proceeds will be deposited by the Campus Center withing two weeks following the last day of ticket sales into the account number provided by the sponsor.
  1. Tickets and ticket information sheet (page1) must be submitted by the sponsoring group to Siddharth Lodaya at least 24 hours before the start of the sale for “normal Sales.” Any large occasions like Senate Banquet or Breakfast with Santa etc.( that require special handling will require) 72 hours before the start of the sale to allow setting up procedures and train the student staff. If you have any questions please call Sid at 5449.
  1. If any after-sales reports are required for sales of more than 50 tickets, such as lists of customers etc., they will be provided on 2nd business day after the sale ends. For example, if the sale ends at 4 pm on Wednesday, reports will be ready on Friday.
