Retail Recruiter

This position will perform full lifecycle recruiting by creating and executing talent acquisition strategies while developing and maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers, business partners and candidates. Will provide recruiting support to our Retail line of business. Territory includes Louisiana and Texas. Position is located ineither Denham Springs, LA orNew Orleans, LA.
Duties/Responsibilities

  • Partnerswith hiring managers to develop creative recruitment strategies
  • Proactively identifies passive candidates through continuous networking and a variety of sourcing methods
  • Participates in college recruiting and community outreach events within assigned territory
  • Drives the entire Recruiting process by engaging candidates through interviews via phone and in person. Coordinates schedules and arranges manager interviews;Maintainsall pertinent applicant and interview data in the applicant tracking system timely and accurately; Negotiates and extends employment offers; Prepares new hires and managers for start
  • Recruits for multiple openings concurrently

Position Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years staffing experience in high volume, fast paced environment required. Previous experience in bank recruiting preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; PHR certification desired
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs; must remain flexible
  • Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills are required with meticulous attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship builder with internal and external customers
  • Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations
