THE GOLDSTEIN GROUP BROKERS HOMEGOODS DEAL AT
LYNDHURST VETERANS SQUARE TOWNE CENTER
PARAMUS, NJ. (OCTOBER 25, 2012) –The Goldstein Group, the leading provider of retail brokerage services in New Jersey, today announced it has placed a 24,000-sf Homegoods store at Veterans Square Towne Center, in Lyndhurst, New Jersey. Homegoods had its grand opening at the end of last week.
Homegoods is a unique home fashions retailer of kitchen essentials, rugs, lighting, bedding, bath, furniture, and more. Chuck Lanyard and Matt Flath of The Goldstein Group represented the landlord in the transaction.
Veterans Square Towne Center is a 144,000-sf neighborhood center, anchored by ShopRite and Staples. Other tenants at the shopping center include Supercuts and GNC, along with other local neighborhood tenants. The shopping center boasts abundant parking, is minutes from Route 3, and located within a densely populated marketplace.
