ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR PROPSAL (RFP)

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Mt. San Jacinto Community College District, 1499 North State Street, San Jacinto, California, 92583, hereby calls for sealed RFPs to be delivered to the Purchasing Office, address above, at or before April 24, 2014, at2:00 p.m., at which time the RFPs will be opened in the Purchasing Office, Room 705:

RFP for DISTRICT BANKING SERVICES

The District is seeking proposals for Standard Banking Services

RFPs shall be received in the place identified above, and shall be opened and publicly read aloud.

Prospective bidders may obtain bidding documents from the Purchasing Office at Mt. San Jacinto College, 1499 North State Street, San Jacinto, California, 92583 or electronically at

The District reserves the right to reject any or all RFPs or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any RFPs or in the bidding.

The Contract, if awarded, will be by action of the District’s Board of Trustees to the responsible bidder submitting the best valued responsible RFP proposal.

If alternate RFPs or alternate RFP items are called for, the Contract may be awarded, in the sole and exclusive discretion of the District’s Board of Trustees on the basis of the base RFP and any alternate RFP items or any combination thereof.

No bidder may withdraw any RFP for a period of ninety (90) days after the opening of RFPs.

Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by all required documentation, which may include but may not be limited to: (a) the required bid security; (b) the subcontractors’ list; (c) the Non-Collusion Affidavit; and (d) the Contractors Qualifications. All information required by the form of bid proposal and other documents accompanying the bid proposal shall be complete, accurate and true. Any complete information, inaccurate or untrue information in the bid proposal or any document accompanying the bid proposal may be grounds for the District to deem the bid proposal to be non-responsive and rejected
