Concert Make-up

The concert grade totals 25 points. If Mrs. Cromwell excused your absence prior to the concert, then you may make up all of the points. If she did not excuse your absence, then you may earn partial credit. Please complete the following assignment. You have an allowance of one day per each day you have been absent.

Write a one-page review of our music concert. Pretend you are writing an article for the newspaper to advertise the concert. Here are some suggestions:

Concert Make-up

  • Discussion of songs (titles, styles, etc.)
  • Special parts (instruments, harmony, dance, etc.)
  • Your favorite song and why you like it
  • When/where the concert was/is held
  • Other interesting facts about the concert or songs

Should you choose to handwrite the paper, consider the size of your handwriting and how it compares to double spacing when typing at size 12 font. Handwritten papers may differ slightly in length. Don’t forget to include your first and last name as well as homeroom teacher.
