MODULE INFORMATION
PURPOSE OF THE MODULE:
Assess and monitor Sugar Sweetened Beverage (SSB) consumption in adults, which is of increasing concern to health professionals because of its negative impact on health. SSB consumption is linked to chronic disease and tooth decay and erosion. Parental intake and children’s access to SSBs are strongly associated with children’s intake of SSBs.

Percent of adults (all and with children in the household) who consume various sugar sweetened beverages once a day or more
INDICATOR OBJECTIVES:
To measure and monitor consumption of sugar sweetened beverages among adults, especially those who live in households with children as their behaviour may influence the children in their household.

Select the sugar sweetened beverage of interest:
- regular pop (ssb_1) (used in the example below)
