The Coordination of Master/Doctorate Programs (PPG) in ______of the Federal University of Paraíba, in its power, communicates the present notification which regulates the conditions for the entrance, throughaSELECTION, in the referred program, for the academic year ______. The notification has been approved by a collegiate meeting on __/___/____, and complies tothe CONSEPE[1] Resolution No.07/2013, which establishes the minimal conditions to be regarded on selection notifications for the entrance in thestrictu sensu graduate programs of UFPB;Resolution No.79/2013, which granted new definition to the General Regulation of the Graduate Programs stricto sensu of the UFPB, partially altered by the Resolution No.34/2014; Resolution No.58/2016, which defines affirmative actions on the UFPB’s stricto sensu Graduation for candidates of self-declared black, indigenous, traditional communities ancestry and candidates with a deficiency; and the Resolution __/_____, which approves the Regulation and Academic Structure of the PPG in ______, linked to the center______.
1. ABOUT THE APPLICATION
The application shall be accepted only if the candidate fills out the online form and attach a SINGLE FILE (MUST BE PDF) WITH AN INTRODUCTION OF THE PRELIMINARY PLAN OF THE DISSERTATION OR THESIS and the REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION requested in item 2 of this notification, on the first available field for the attachment of the file on the submitted application form.

2. ON THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
a)Coordinator’s requirement, requesting the application on the selective process, according to this notification(ATTACHMENT I);
b)Properly filled out application form, according to this notification(ATTACHMENT II);
c)A recent 3x4 photo;
d)Copy of the graduation diploma or a collation certificate recognized by the National Education Council (CNE)/Ministry of Education (MEC) or a graduation diploma granted by a foreign Higher Level Educational Institution (IES), properly verifiedaccording to the law’s terms; or a declaration/collation certificate that confirms the candidate’s qualificationupon concluding the course before the enrollment in the institutional program;
e) Academic record;
f) A link to the LattesPlatform Curriculum, with verifying documents referring to the last three years;
g) In the case of quota holding candidates, it is mandatory to submit a self declaration document stating your relationship to an ethnic-racial group (according to Consepe’s/UFPB’s Resolution No. 58/2016);
h) Verifiedcertificate of a foreign language reading and interpretation ability exam;in the case ofBrazilian applicants that already hold certificates, this requirement is necessaryby the program regulation;
Obs. 1. The PPG has to list all veryfied certificates of reading and interpretation ability exams that it accepts. likewise, the PPG has to list all laccepted anguages, according to its Regulation (CONSEPE Resolution), when relevant.
i) Verified certificate ofPortuguese language exams for foreign applicants for the level of master and doctorate and other languages, which are not the applicant’s native one;in the case of doctorate, if this requirement is foreseen on the program’s regulation.
2.1 The complementation of documents after the closure of the registration shall not be allowed.
2.2 The publication of registration, based on the analysis of the presented documentation, will be the responsibility of the PPG’s coordination. The publication shall be at the program’s secretary and on its electronic address ______.
