HOME OFFICE SITE SUPPORT FUNCTIONS

Area / Regional Manager
(site’s first point of contact) /
  • Assures owner’s goals are achieved and financial goals are achieved for their properties
  • Identify issues and develop resolutions for physical issues, marketing
  • Recruit, train and develop site staff
  • Policies and procedures adherence

Senior Regional Manager /
  • Oversight of Regional Managers
  • Communication link between Vice President or Asset Manager and Regional Managers
  • Site visits as needed – typically twice per year or more for troubled sites

VP of President of Property Mgmt. /
  • Oversee Senior Regional Managers, Regional/Area Managers in the day to day operations of their respective portfolios
  • Work in conjunction with various departmental heads and VP’s to ensure best practices are enforced in all aspects of on-site operations

AP Invoice Admin / Enters invoices for payment
AP Cash Admin / Cuts checks for payment of invoice
AP Supervisor / Oversees the AP process
Accountant / All the day-to-day property accounting activities
Accounting Manager / Oversees accounting process
Financial Reviewer / Responsible for reviewing monthly prelims
Asset Manager / Owner representative for your property
Development Associate / Assisting Project Partners & Developers with new project development, acquisition and financing
Project Partner / Developer / Responsible for locating and closing new development, redevelopment and acquisition opportunities
Marketing Analyst /
  • Measure and monitor goals in the marketing and leasing components of the annual budget for a portfolio of sites
  • Evaluate strengths and weaknesses in regards to product, price, place, and promotion for underperforming assets

Regional Compliance Manager / Regional Compliance Coordinator / Accurately administer and possess knowledge of Compliance and Dominium guidelines. Follow the rules & regulations and guidelines established by the IRS and the respective state agencies who have oversight responsibility
Regional Maintenance Manager / Provides training and will be assigned a portfolio of various locations and is responsible for the overall compliance of the Maintenance Department/Safety Policies and Procedures at their assigned properties
