- Presentation and adoption of the Annual Report 2007 by the Chairman
Patrick Ng presented the CHECSSOBA Annual Report 2007, a copy of which is attached. Alan Chan proposed and Vincent Lau seconded that the report was accepted without amendment.
- Presentation and adoption of the Annual Financial Report 2007 by the Financial Secretary
Paul Au presented the Annual Financial Report 2007, a copy of which is enclosed. Raymond Tang proposed and Albert Suseconded that the report was accepted without amendment.
- Nomination and appointment of CHECSS Old Boys’ Association Committees and Office Bearers(2007 – 2009)
At deliberation, the meeting passed the nominationsand appointment of the new term of office forCHECSS Old Boys’ AssociationExecutiveCommittee (2007 – 2009) as below:-
