As we have done so well in the past, the Northwest, South Central and Western chapters are joining forces for this year’s chapter event at annual conference.

Our adventure will begin at the doorsteps of the Hilton New Orleans Riverside at 5:45 pm, where we will be picked up for a comprehensive guided tour of the city. Our 90 minute tour will hit major attractions including the French Quarter, St Louis No 3 Cemetery, Charles Avenue and more.

Our last stop will be the New Orleans School of Cooking, occupying a renovated molasses warehouse built in the 1830s, where we will be given a lively demonstration of distinctive dishes for which New Orleans is famous. Fun is the key ingredient in the kitchen as the entertaining chefs teach the basics of Louisiana cooking, seasoned with history, trivia and Louisiana lore. Bring your appetite as we will then be treated to an authentic New Orleans style dinner, which we’ll wash down with tea, freshly brewed New Orleans Coffee and Chicory and lemonade! Return transportation will be provided to the hotel.
