September 17. Gathering for the campus excursion (optional) at 16.00 at the reading room 1, room 1239 (central entrance, second floor, on the left).

September 18. Registration begins at 9.00 at the crush room of the Academic Board Hall (central entrance, third floor, university administration office).

During the registration you will get a badge and files with conference materials (for full program participants).

Non-residents are to hand in their business trip permits during the registration or to the organization board from September 17 till September 19.

From 10.00 till 17.00 - Academic Board Hall (room 1359).

Duration of each report – 15-20 minutes.

This time includes answering questions.

Equipment is available for the reporters (computer, multi-media projector, screen).

Presentations. Reporters are to address to the representative of the Organization Board responsible for the equipment in the room, and copy the presentation before the beginning of the event: in the morning or during the break. (Academic Board Hall or office 1238).

Presentations of the reporters will be exposed at the conference website.

Contract with authors for right of publication of reports and articles can be concluded at the Organization Board or by email.

Coffee break – in reading room 1, room 1239 (second floor, library).

Lunch – in VSUES café (guiding included).

Welcome banquet (for invited). Gathering at 18.00 at the “Underground” theater, entrance to “Zimny Sad”.

September 19. From 10.00 till 13.00 Academic Board Hall (room 1359).

September 20.

TRICON meeting out of the University (for invited full program participants). For those who stayed at SVUES hotel– the bus at the entrance to “Zimny Sad” at 9.00. Leaving at 9.20.
