SCHOOL BUS BRIEFING

  1. Welcome- We know you are going to have a great time
  1. Registration- If your teacher has completed the registration forms (listing the student names and chaperones) go through the express registration line on the left. If the regisltration forms are not complete,please go to the lines on the right and complete the forms.
  1. At the table you will be getting a tote bag with a “tee” shirt, and various publications. In addition you will get a Career Fair Booklet (hold it up) which has a diagram of the hangar floor, and exhibitors, sponsors and volunteers. Be sure to also pick up a separate list of exhibitors, brief descriptions of their companies, and booth locations, in order to locate the exhibitors listed in the middle of the Career Fair booklet..
  1. If you do not have your Student Assignment Sheet, or Student Critique form with you, be sure to pick it up in the tent. Also teachers/chaperones, we have extra critgique forms for you.
  1. Raffles- Please complete the critique sheet and your student assignment sheets and return them to the information booth for the drawings, which will be held beginning late morning for some very nice prizes ( flight lessons, models, books, posters, etc.)
  1. See the time schedules posted at the respective events for next Theatre, PAMA Mainentance Olympics, and Wright Bros Aeroplane Co. presentrations.
  1. Food Concession- Food and beverages are available for reasonable prices. You’ll note the tables set up for eating. Please confine eating to those areas. ( Although popcorn is available at the Signature Flight Services booth)
  1. Sanitary Facilities- Ten (10 ) individual porta-poties with sinks,solap and running water are located against the hangar as you entered the gate on your right.
  1. Departure- Chaperones/Teachers should come to the inlformation booth where announcements will be made when your school is ready for departure.. Plan to meet at the buses outside on the ramp area.
  1. Safety & Security- Stay inside the curtained areas and the enclosed ramp areas.
  1. Event Staff- Volunteers are wearing blue “Tee” shirts and are available to help.
