Should any activities be completed ahead of schedule, or opportunities for differentiation be available due to different levels of learners, then please do the following:
- Allow for learners to achieve appropriate differentiated learning outcomes
- Brainstorm how this principle could be applied in the workplace
- Group discussions around under pinning knowledge to enhance the learning experience and provide more opportunity to embed
