The Bidder agrees to complete: Demo concrete;Install new concrete;Excavate Dirt;Install water lines with 3 outside hydrants;Guttering;Drain lines;Fence removal;Install new post and chain link fencing;Apply Non-Skid Epoxy Playground Carports;Dress up and hydro seed sites that has been excavated only; according to the specification list on Attachment #1.
CHEROKEE NATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO HOLD A 10% RETAINAGE AMOUNT OF THE CONTRACT UNTIL WORK HAS SATISFACTORILY BEEN COMPLETED AND APPROVED BY CHEROKEE NATION PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT.

Attachment 1: Specification List
A.)Demo of concrete will be completed on weekend and will be hauled to specified site designated on Cherokee Nation Complex by Cherokee Nation Planning & Development.
B.)Dirt Excavation will be removed to a specified site designated on Cherokee Nation Complex by Cherokee Nation Planning & Development.
C.)Concrete installed will be 4” (four inches) in depth and 5’ (five) feet wide with a light broom finish, 3500 (three-thousand five hundred) psi.
D.)Waterlines will be ¾” PVC buried 2’ (two feet) below surface, embedded in 4” (four inches) of sand; faucets are to be frost free.
E.)Gutters will be designed by the contractor, required to match existing trim colors and be pre-approved by Cherokee Nation Planning & Development.
F.)Drain lines will be 4” PVC (four inch) to extend outside of fenced area.
G.)Designated fence and post removal: Contractor responsible for disposal; install with new 4’ (four feet) chain link and new post will require 2’(two foot) holes in depth and set in cement base. Designated fence to be moved: Contractor responsible to move 6’ (six foot) fence; reuse all materials except post which will require replacement and set same as detailed above.
H.)Epoxy all playground carports with slip resistant material.
I.)All area within the playground area having been excavated or disturbed will be dressed back up to original state and sod installed.
